Four restaurants guaranteed to spark the romance this Valentine's Day
So you’ve survived the holidays and have hopefully settled into the long Minnesota winter. Now, one of the best ways to add some heat to your February is to celebrate your love for Valentine’s Day.
Reservations are being taken for a lavish five course meal that will treat your special person to ultimate gourmet romance. Enjoy delectable foods prepared by Forager’s team including smoked duck breast or beet tartar as your starters.
The second course gives you the choice of Fire Roasted Carrot Salad with Candied Pistachio, Mezthra, Barrel Aged Honey Vinaigrette, Pea Tendril, and White Balsamic Reduction or Lobster Bisque with Poblano Salsa, Roasted Corn and Poached Lobster Tail.
Your romantic main course will impress your date with the always popular Surf & Turf including Grilled Filet Mignon, Vanilla Demiglace, Seared Scallop, Citrus Buerre Blanc, Truffled Potato Gratin, and Roasted Asparagus. Vegetarians will be won over with the option: Ratatouille Galette with Chinese Eggplant, Zucchini, Cherry Tomato, Puff Pastry, Whipped Camambert, and Arugula.
Couples who don’t want to limit their evening to amazing food can add a drink pairing package to the meal with options such as Forager’s own beer or carefully selected wines and craft cocktails.
