Letter | Heather Holmes is the right choice for Ward 1

This letter is in support of Heather Holmes for City Council Ward 1. We have known her for years as someone who makes our community better. She is an active Rotary member, who always does her share and more. Heather has been an effective advocate for Journey to Growth, a program that advances the many communities and interests of Rochester and the surrounding area, and is able to seek consensus at many of the town meetings she led. She has been and is an active board member with multiple organizations. Although she tactfully avoids conflict and builds consensus where possible, she takes a stand and offers reason and common sense solutions consistent with her Army and parenting experience. Heather brings energy, insights, and the practical solutions needed in local government. Please join us voting for Heather Holmes.
