Photos: Inauguration of Rochester elected leaders

Rochester held an inauguration ceremony Monday at the Mayo Civic Center to welcome in its newest elected leaders. Former state legislator Kim Norton was sworn in as the city’s 45th mayor. She is the first woman in history to hold the position. Freshmen representatives Patrick Keane, of Ward 1, and Shaun Palmer, of Ward 5, were also sworn into their new positions. Ward 3 Council Member Nick Campion gave the oath of office for a second time.
