Weather update: Thursdays on First & 3rd and RedBall Project canceled
(THE MED CITY BEAT) - The National Weather Service says heavy rain on Thursday will impact southern Minnesota, including Olmsted County.
"Showers and thunderstorms are expected to move into the region during the day Thursday but could intensify and track over the same areas repeatedly," says an alert from the NWS in La Crosse.
A flash flood watch, which was issued Wednesday evening, was canceled around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Due to the rain, Thursdays on First and 3rd has been canceled. The RedBall project will not be on display either. The ball will on display one final time Friday from noon to 7 p.m. at the Tap House.
